Senior PCB Designer, Power Electronics

Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques to meet mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing requirements.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and apply best practices appropriate for each design
Ability to determine work priorities based on broad direction from management
Expertise in applying relevant IPC standards, CID, CID+ certification
Experience using Altium Designer CAD tools
Experience with developing component libraries and library management
Proven experience in PCB layout for power electronics applications such as buck converters, DC-DC power supplies, or motor control systems.
Expertise in addressing critical power electronics layout challenges, including high current routing, thermal management, and EMI/EMC mitigation.
Deep understanding of power integrity techniques, including optimized power plane design, heavy copper layouts, and adherence to creepage/clearance standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
