BS degree: Disciplines include but not limited to Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Pulp and Paper Science Engineering
A minimum of four years of product or process development experience
An in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: paper, pressure sensitive adhesives, films, silicone release systems and/or specialty coatings, inks or printing
Coating, laminating and roll converting experience
Extensive customer experience and a commitment to outstanding customer service
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a cross functional team including Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, etc.
The ability to solve process and product problems independently as well as a team member
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational and detail orientated skills
Well versed in Microsoft Windows based software
