High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet
Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc...)
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job
Willing and able to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses needed for the position within the first year of employment to include: ASE Heavy and Medium duty certification, DOT Commercial Driver's License (CDL A), DOT brake and annual inspection certification, and A/C certification

Ten (10), or more years' experience in HVAC control systems and mechanical equipment service; or equivalent combination of education and experience
IT/Network understanding – knowledge of IP/subnet/gateway and DNS importance.
Ability to communicate effectively with other IT professionals.
Ability to troubleshoot & inspect HVAC systems and mechanical equipment remotely.
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with hand-held devices (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
A valid driver's license, with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Flexibility to work in the field, at customer job sites, as required.
