Minimum 7 years' relevant experience
Advanced experience with CMM operation, calibration and maintenance
Strong understanding of GD&T;, engineering drawings, metrology standards, calibration methods and measurement uncertainty evaluation
Experience with optical measurement methods and on-machine gauging
Proficiency with statistical analysis of measurement systems (e.g., JMP) and root-cause/variance analysis
Demonstrated project management skills and effective communication; strong collaborative/team orientation
Willingness for hands-on problem solving and global travel
