Bachelor's degree in Human Services is required.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience and 3 years of supervisory experience.
Child Welfare experience required.
Must possess demonstrated leadership and administrative abilities, be able to interpret statistics in order to monitor contract performance, be able to establish effective working relationships with agency staff and with outside service providers, ad be effective at communicating at all levels.

Must have demonstrated success in similar technical environments leading complex projects.
Self-starting, self-directed candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Capable of achieving project objectives and interfacing with various levels of internal team members, management, program sponsors, sub-contractors and customers.
Knowledge and experience in multiple Engineering disciplines (e.g., Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, Software).
