3+ years of experience in patternmaking and apparel production
Experience developing technical packs that will represent the product to vendors
Experience working closely with vendors/manufacturers to ensure the best product outcome
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Product Lifecycle Management software, and Gerber/Lectra software products
Experience identifying fit, balance, pattern, fabrics, and how those attributes contribute to an overall aesthetic and function of a garment
Experience managing timelines
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
