Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an industrial production setting Cement, Aggregates, Foundry/Furnace and or other heavy industrial experience would be a plus
Knowledge in cement plant design, engineering, commissioning and operation
Knowledge of engineering disciplines
Basic knowledge in construction
Strong knowledge in current engineering design standards and tools specific to the cement industry
Strong knowledge of process and mass flow calculations as well as basic design principles used in the cement industry
Familiar with and knowledgeable of the various process equipment, material handling equipment and logistic equipment used in the industry
Basic knowledge in civil and electrical engineering and basic principles and practices
Capacity to forecast, analyze and mitigate technical risks
Travel required +/-30%, mainly in USA and Canada
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
