Learn the Tiremaster program
Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Use of hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery
Prompts to meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Provide accurate estimates for all recommended services or repairs
Maintain open communication with technicians and the shop foreman regarding job status updates
Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings with courtesy and tact
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
Write and complete work orders, explain the work done to the customer, and collect payments
Adhere to company policies and legal regulations at all times when conducting business
Perform other duties as required by management
Adhere to policy adjustments within the guidelines and budgets established by management
Provide superior customer service at all times
Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training offered by the Company
Meet and greet every service customer in a friendly and courteous manner
Listen to customers' reasons for bringing their vehicle to the service department
