Hotel and Campground Maintenance -starting at $16.00
Preferred minimum of 1 year maintenance/engineering experience in a hotel or related field.
Ability to work safely and confidently.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Guest focused, self-disciplined, and self-starter.
Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of written and oral instructions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner, closing out as completed.

Perform daily Building/Room Audits.
Check all exterior lighting, public area lighting, and signage daily.
Maintain the overall appearance of the hotel's public space, pool, hallways, and parking lot to provide a safe environment.
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest complaints and concerns.
Ensure compliance with all fire and safety rules, regulations and policies.
Possess a good mechanical knowledge of how to safely operate and maintain all tools.
General up keep of areas around hotel including pool deck, parking lot, etc.
