Deliver attentive and genuine hospitality throughout the guest experience
Maintain strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, spirits, cider, beer, and food offerings
Communicate clearly with bartenders, support staff, kitchen staff, and management
Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume service periods
Complete all opening, side work, and closing responsibilities thoroughly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
Support teammates and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Remain present and visible on the floor during scheduled shifts
If stepping off the floor for any reason, notify a manager first
Maintain professional appearance and strong sense of urgency at all times
All front-of-house staff report directly to the Front of House Manager and management team
