Provide outstanding customer service for every guest, every time, including timely responses to guest inquiries and calls
Prepare guest charges accurately, review invoices, and collect payment when necessary
Rotating schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Order supplies and linens for events

Attend weekly management meetings
Plan events with new and existing clients via phone and in-person meetings to meet sales expectations
Ensure all banquet equipment and facilities are prepared, clean, stocked, and in proper working condition based on anticipated business
Maintain calm, positive verbal communication to ensure smooth event execution, quality service, and adherence to health regulations and corporate standards

Supervise set-up and breakdown of function rooms; ensure readiness for the next event
