Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, life sciences, engineering or related field preferred
8+ years of experience in laboratory services, warehouse, logistics or inventory management operations required
5+ years of formal supervisory experience, including supervision of supervisors, required
Microsoft Office experience
This position operates across customer and Avantor locations and requires regular travel
Domestic travel expected travel is approximately 30–35%, depending on the account and business needs
Documented track record leading scope-level improvement initiatives with quantified business impact
Managing operating budgets and partnering on account-level financial reviews
Senior customer relationship management in a services or regulated environment
Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar regulated client industries
Advanced proficiency with inventory management systems and analytics platforms
Strong business acumen, including budgeting and commercial fundamentals
Practitioner-level continuous improvement knowledge (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, or Tableau (desired) and operational reporting tools
Working knowledge of project and program management methodologies
Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation required
Overnight travel is required
