Must be detail oriented, good workmanship while taking and following direction with little to no supervision.
Demonstrated track record of working cross-functionally and as a team necessary.
Must be able to operate paint spray equipment, mixing equipment, booth equipment, work from ladders, lifts, etc. to properly apply various paints and coatings to industrial products.
Must be able to select appropriate coatings, paints, or sprays and prepare them by mixing in the correct ratios using automated paint mixing equipment.
Forklift and overhead crane experience required
Ability to read and interpret a tape measure, engineering drawings, and bills of material (BOM's)
