Demonstrated knowledge of organizing data in SharePoint and Power Automate
Type of Travel: Local
Ability to use computer software applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases and email.
Knowledge of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware and document review platforms.
Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%
Experience implementing ever evolving complex personnel security background investigation requirements
Possess excellent organizational and file management skills and the ability to plan and execute administrative work with little supervision.
Ability to professionally interact with customers, colleagues and command members at all levels; and to foster positive business relationships.
At least two years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects, including at least one year of supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start: DOJ MBI
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical support activities simultaneously; Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, stay alert and focused, and coordinate and manage electronic security equipment.
Demonstrated ability to create and manage KPIs.
