Ability to safely utilize hand tools, pneumatic tools, measuring devices, and standard assembly equipment
Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
Ability to develop blueprint reading and assembly interpretation skills
Ability to learn modular assembly processes and air handling system configurations
Ability to maintain quality and attention to detail while meeting developing productivity expectations
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and work assignments
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Willingness to participate in cross-training and skill development activities
Previous manufacturing, mechanical assembly, construction, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred
