Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
3 to 7 years of supervisory experience or production leadership
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to communicate with all employees and deal with difficult situations as they arise, while effectively adhering to company policy and procedure
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions
