3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance, construction trades, or building operations with demonstrated proficiency in basic plumbing and electrical systems.
Valid state driver's license (if position requires mobility between sites) with ability to drive for extended periods and respond to multiple facility locations.
Physical capability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights up to 30 feet using ladders (300 lb weight limit), and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, and overhead work in various environmental conditions.
Computer proficiency including ability to navigate and update CMMS platforms, complete digital work orders, and utilize technology tools for documentation and communication purposes.
