Must partner with other departments to resolve order discrepancies and inventory issues
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Must ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time
Must oversee warehouse equipment maintenance
Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required
Must ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Must be able to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, schedules, and tasks
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Plex preferred)
Must lead safety meetings, employee training, performance evaluations, and forklift certifications
Must monitor and improve performance using KPIs and ERP/WMS systems
Must organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency
Must identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
Forklift certification experience preferred
Must maintain accurate inventory levels
Solid understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance
