Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and federal compliance standards

Advanced Excel and reporting/data tracking skills

Supervise and develop Grant Coordinator(s)
Maintain compliance with all HUD and funding requirements
Lead audit responses, monitoring, and reporting requirements
Manage contracts, amendments, MOUs, and grant documentation
Serve as primary point of contact for funders and external stakeholders
Ensure proactive communication, escalation, and follow-through across teams
Valid Arizona Driver's License (clean record)
Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
