You have a high school diploma or equivalent with extensive hands-on experience, or an associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical equipment assembly
Or 5 years with an applicable associate degree
Experience working from engineering drawings and specifications
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assemblies in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience leading or supervising shop-floor teams
You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality, leading by example on the shop floor while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams, building trust and accountability through reliability and punctuality
You are self-motivated and take ownership of your work, consistently applying sound judgment to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
