Experience leading or coordinating on-site operations or maintenance teams in a fire protection, building services, or related technical environment.
Strong knowledge of fire protection service delivery, including preventative maintenance, demand maintenance, inspections, and site-based coordination.
Practical experience with fire detection, fire suppression, gas suppression, or related fire safety systems.
Ability to manage customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day site priorities.
Familiarity with CMMS, service software, and accurate work-order or maintenance documentation.
Sound understanding of health and safety requirements in an active site environment.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, or site documentation and translate them into action.
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
