High school diploma or equivalen
Minimum of 2 years of trailer maintenance experience
Demonstrated ability to independently complete advanced repair work
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb under, over, and inside trailers
Sufficient hearing to detect alarms and verbal communication
Sufficient vision, with or without corrective lenses, to read small print, technical documents, and work with small parts
Must meet all applicable safety requirements
DOT Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations, conducting regular inspections and repairs
Eligibility to obtain Minnesota State certification for DOT inspections
