Valid driver license with a clean driving record required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Travel Ability Nationwide
Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load
Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations
Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year
When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.

Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs, including but not limited to : LIHTC, HUD (Project Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA, USDA - Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds and Bonds)
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
