Proven ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
Proficiency in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and layout techniques.
Strong math skills including geometry, decimals, and metric conversions.
Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and heavy equipment using proper PPE and lifting techniques.
Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on quality, safety, and accuracy.
Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Dependable, adaptable, and capable of independent work with basic computer proficiency; prior leadership experience preferred.
