This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Upon hire candidates must successfully complete all training classes and pass a hands-on proficiency demonstration during week eight in order to retain employment.

Must be able to read assembly blueprints.
Works from blueprints, diagrams, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools to perform work according to technical data.
For consideration in the program, candidates must enroll in the AMTP program offered through Chattahoochee Technical College.
The applicant will receive related instruction (RI) and on the job learning (OJL) to include assembly and installation, repair, and inspection of structural, electrical, and mechanical elements of an aircraft while performing direct tasks for the program.
Four (4) months of previous experience in production assembly-type work
Must be familiar with basic hand tools.
Technical experience in automotive, HVAC, construction, fabrication, welding, etc.
Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Drilling experience
Must pass all testing while in training and the hands on Proficiency Demonstrations.
Bench Assembly experience
