- Coordinate spare parts and equipment availability by requesting parts for preventative and demand maintenance activities and working with inventory or supply personnel
- Remain current with emerging industry regulations and codes related to mechanical and electrical system design and operation while applying strong knowledge of motor control circuits, automated valves, and process control systems
- Train, mentor, and coach employees on existing and new equipment, work practices, and maintenance procedures while performing supervisory responsibilities including administering promotions and transfers, reviewing and editing timekeeping, and completing performance evaluations
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
