Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns (ideally 8 or more at once)
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and legal
Familiarity with major paid social platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Strong understanding of paid media metrics and performance reporting
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com (preferred), Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
Ability to manage timelines, asset collection, and approval workflows
Experience working with campaign data and building reports
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders with professionalism and persistence
Comfortable following up multiple times to drive accountability without damaging relationships
Self-motivated and effective in a remote, globally distributed team environment

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four year's experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement.
