Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently within any U.S. state or territory
LCSW: Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent (e.g., MSSW, MSSA) from an accredited graduate school of social work
MHC: Master's or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from a program accredited by COAMFTE or master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited mental health counseling or clinical mental health counseling by CACREP
Minimum of two (2) years' current experience (post issuance of clinical licensure) in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting

LCSW and MHC licensure/certifications as applicable to the credential (LCSW/LICSW/LISW/etc. for Social Worker; LMFT/LPCC for Mental Health Counselor) listed as current, in good standing
Current/Active Secret OR Top Secret/SCI clearance
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
