Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including estimating, proposals, contracts, procurement, construction, financials, change orders, and project closeout
Strong commercial construction background — ground-up/new-build projects preferred
Experience overseeing HVAC, plumbing, and/or process piping projects from concept through completion, coordinating engineering, purchasing, accounting, and field operations
Strong financial and business acumen, including job costing, forecasting, billing, budgeting, and profitability
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
Must be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of both business development and project execution
