Valid Tennessee Driver's License with ability to arrive on site within 45 minutes for emergency response situations.
Universal CFC certification to handle refrigerants and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and automation systems using industry-standard tools.
Strong leadership and teaching abilities to mentor team members, develop safety protocols (JSAs), and enforce health and safety regulations effectively.
