Review and ensure accuracy of timecards, deductions, and health insurance
Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts relating to payroll, including payroll tax, workers compensation, 401(k) and garnishments
Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for all federal and state authorities. Reconcile all quarterly and annual payroll general ledger tax accounts
Reconcile all payroll general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly workers compensation reports in compliance with client scope of work
Responsible for the preparation, processing, oversight, and auditing of bi- weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for multiple clients
Create, run, and distribute detailed reports including leave balances, overtime, and retirement contributions
Review payroll transactions to ensure accurate posting to the General Ledger
Provide a wide range of services, focusing on multiple clients' payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, audits, as well as supporting our clients with payroll calls, emails, and cases
