Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance in accordance with business requirements
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position requires an active Secret clearance to start
Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering
Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment
Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior/Executive Leadership
