4+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Field Technician in hardware/software installation and deployment
Proven experience leading teams or contractors during technical installations
Strong hands-on skills across civil works, networking, electrical wiring, and mechanical assemblies
Working knowledge of Linux-based systems and basic networking principles
Demonstrated ability to write installation, service, and maintenance procedures
Previous experience using AutoCAD or Autodesk to generate and interpret site layouts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead discussions and provide direction clearly
