You will hold a Bachelor degree in Engineering, industrial psychology, human factors, ergonomics, or safety from an Accredited Institution
You will have 7 years of experience as a human factor professional in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related industries, including as strong track record in delivering results.
You will hold a recognized certification in human factors such as Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP), Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE), Chartered Ergonomics and Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF), or European Ergonomist (Eur.Erg).
You will have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management, and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.

Primary: General office environment requiring extended periods of sitting in ambient inside temperature, lighting and noise level
