A bachelor's, master's, or Doctor of Science degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or mathematics is required.
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Nuclear and/or Aerospace industry is required.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding and leading teams is required.
A minimum of three (3) years in a Systems Engineering role is required.
Must have demonstrated experience in one or more areas of designing, developing, testing, or delivery of systems throughout a program's development life cycle.
Must have knowledge of military and/or NASA component specifications, design processes, and hardware test/verification procedures.
Must have demonstrated experience or interest in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Must have demonstrated leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk.
Must have proven ability to forge effective working relationships across various organizational levels.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through technical reports and presentations.
Must have experience with DOORs and/or Cameo.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) or Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance as required.
