Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in network administration, systems administration, or enterprise IT support
ERP administration experience required; SAP and EPROD experience strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Windows Client environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and IT operations
Experience supporting manufacturing technologies, including ERP, MES, PLM, SPC, or similar production systems
Demonstrated success managing IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
Experience developing technical specifications and supporting new equipment, software, or systems implementations
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical support when required
Direct onsite work: Primarily onsite within a manufacturing and office environment
Occasional travel may be required to support corporate initiatives, training, or project implementation
