10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related field within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with statistical concepts and their application (control charts, process capability, Pareto analysis).
5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including demonstrated success in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Proficient in the use of electronic systems and software (MS Word, Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
Able to travel domestically and internationally as required (estimated 10-20%).
Experience leading or supporting root cause analysis and corrective action processes (8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial preferred).

Must have calibration service experience of all types of Keysight Test Equipment to include RF/ Microwave skills to 50 GHz
The candidate must have a valid driver's license.
Be able to interface and take the lead between the customer and Keysight to solve complex project objectives.
Bachelor's Degree, University Degree, Technical School or Military PMEL/TMDE or equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Field Customer Support of Test and Measurement instruments.
