Deep familiarity with the New York City / Long Island civil construction market
Demonstrated experience estimating public works, municipal, DOT, agency, government, or infrastructure projects
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, bid documents, geotechnical reports, addenda, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor proposals
Experience pricing self-performed earthwork, support of excavation, concrete, utilities, roadway work, and related civil scopes
Strong ability to level subcontractor and supplier quotes and identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risk items
