BGA Rework Technician is responsible for the precise removal, replacement, and reflow of ball‑grid array (BGA) components as part of production line repairs
Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
Complete daily logs, documentation, and required paperwork accurately
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong ability to read and interpret visual aids
The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements
