Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of high performance in supporting Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT solutions and business processes, with knowledge of HCM Planning & Execution KPIs.
Experience in process analysis & redesign, consulting & relationship management, and project management (including coordinating work delivery within a multi-team environment).

Deep Expertise in Agentic AI: Proven experience designing multi-agent systems, implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and utilizing framework patterns (e.g., ReAct) within the Microsoft stack.
Governance & Security: Establish frameworks for Responsible AI, ensuring data privacy, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance within the Microsoft Entra ID environment.
Agentic AI Development: Build autonomous agents capable of multi-turn reasoning and tool calling by integrating Azure OpenAI models with Power Automate flows.

Azure AI: Experience with Azure AI Search (vector databases), Azure OpenAI Service, and Document Intelligence.
Integration: Architect complex integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using custom connectors and API management.
Establish technical governance, define standards and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, COE Kits, and drive best practices
Copilot Studio: Advanced configuration, topic design, and extending Copilots with custom plugins.
Legacy Automation Integration: Ability to integrate modern AI agents with existing RPA initiatives.
Power Platform: Ability to provide oversight as well as set up the Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies
