Must be able to work consistently in person at our Chicago, IL location
Experience using scheduling systems, EHRs/EMRs, and basic office technology
Intermediate skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Ability to handle sensitive information with extreme professionalism and discretion
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Must be punctual, flexible, and have a positive problem-solving attitude
Education and work experience in medical, psychiatric, or healthcare office setting preferred
Front Desk Operations: manage daily operations including answering phone calls and routing calls
Scheduling & Coordination: schedule appointments based on visit type, time, staffing, and supplies
Billing & Documentation: verify patient information, check insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations if needed, collect co-pays or required documentation
Compliance & Systems: interact with EHR/EMR software to maintain records in HIPAA compliance
Program Support: understand Spravato REMS program and serve as Authorized Representative for the clinic
