Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation for understanding production processes and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with production team members and other departments in both languages.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and day-to-day plant operations.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to apply these concepts to optimize production performance.
Knowledge in SAP for production, inventory, or materials-related activities, ensuring accurate data, traceability, and integration with plant information systems.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support production planning and control activities.
Strong cooperation and teamwork skills, combined with customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with production teams and other departments.
High level of problem solving ability, goal orientation, flexibility, and boldness in decision making, consistently acting in a proactive and motivated manner.
