Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; up to 3 - 5 years related experience in job function and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years machining background required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings
Competence in basic arithmetic, geometry, and trigonometry; ability to calculate feed rates, speeds, and dimensions
Strong understanding of machinery setup, tool selection, and machine calibration
Ability to troubleshoot machine issues, optimize production efficiency, and maintain quality standard

Experience with Haas machines with Renishaw probing preferred
