Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Five (5) years of system administration experience in a hybrid environment
Three (3) years of IT security experience on firewalls, next-gen antivirus, and access controls.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Working knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL or similar)
Experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune preferred)
Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam or similar)
Experience in supporting desktop, workstation hardware, mitigating end-user data
Experience with Cloud Platforms
Must be able to travel within the branch network regularly
Must have a method of transportation when needed to carry out essential job-related functions; if operating a motor vehicle, must have a valid driver's license and proof of at least minimum automobile insurance coverage as required by the State of California.

Safety Management System (SMS) certification
Experience in an aviation, aerospace, or other safety-sensitive environment; equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of two years of progressive experience in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Quality, Compliance, or a related field
Internal Auditor certification or demonstrated experience conducting audits, maintaining records, and preparing compliance reports
Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS), aviation safety principles, and human factors
Working knowledge of applicable regulations, including FAA regulations, OSHA requirements, and labor code compliance
