Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent relevant education and work experience.
2+ years of experience with engineering degree (Applications Engineer)
5+ years of technical product experience without an engineering degree (Product Specialist)
Relevant industry experience (pumps, valves, system design, rotating equipment, etc.) desired
Able to quickly learn products in detail which includes the operating principles and performance characteristics.
Ability to professionally interact with customers on technical matters
Ability to select a pump and/or accessories based on application requirements

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of prior related experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering
Graduate Degree and minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Strong understanding and experience of the processes and procedures required to manufacture and assemble cables/harnesses, magnetics, electro/mechanical sub-assemblies, and systems.
