Strong SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration experience: site collection management, permissions governance, external sharing controls, storage management, Tier 2/3 incident resolution, and Microsoft Search (Unified Search) configuration and schema management.
Preferred: Microsoft MS-102 certification or actively working toward it.

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance dashboards, audit log queries, and label adoption reporting.
Preferred: experience with SharePoint or OneDrive content migrations as part of M&A; integrations.
