Minimum 1-2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics industry preferred)
Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality control documentation
Engaged in photovoltaic quality management for at least 1 year, familiar with customer factory inspection and system audit
Strong management and communication skills familiar with the corresponding standards and requirements for photovoltaic product manufacturing and certification
Proficient in Microsoft; MES software
Proficient in 7 QC methods
Familiar with customer factory inspections and system audits
Experience in ISO 9000 System
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail; good organizational skills
Excellent time management: proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The role involves physical labor, exposure to varying temperatures, and handling potentially hazardous materials. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be used at all times. Working overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required
