4-year degree or certificate in Human Resources, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or related field and 2-5 years' experience in related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education
Experience in gaming and/or hospitality industries
Experience telling stories using several different communication methods that resonate with a variety of people
Experience in event planning and management
Tactical understanding of social medial platforms and applications
Highly-organized, accurate and detail-oriented, ability to function with little to no proofreading assistance
Confident written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Office, restaurant, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke and outdoors for guest events
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays and travel offsite
