Composite Fabrication Specialists (Level B or C)
Must have the ability to work variable shifts (first, second, or third) based on business needs
Must be able to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel
Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds; push/pull using up to 45 pounds of force; and reach overhead up to six hours per day
Must be able to work with high-hazard chemicals using proper protective equipment provided
Must be able to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications, if required
1+ year experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications
1+ year experience following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, along with successful completion of training and knowledge assessments involving mathematical calculations, all conducted in English
1+ year experience in a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field, including equivalent education or military experience, performing work with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic (air) tools
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures
Must successfully complete the new hire foundational training to obtain and maintain all required certifications
Ability to obtain CNC Experience
