U.S. Citizenship
Six (6) years' experience AND bachelor's degree in data science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Geography, GIS Operations Research, Engineering, Science, or another technical field. Degree may be substituted with an additional six (6) years of experience.
CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to attain it.
Possess programming skills sufficient to extract, transform, and clean multi-terabyte databases.
Experience working with vector, raster, and 3D data and data visualizations of traditional and non-traditional data sets and sources; must include GIS data, at least.
Experience performing Quality assurance/Quality control (QA/QC) of datasets
Have the technical skills, knowledge & experience to accomplish the work with minimal oversight
Have demonstrated the ability to
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English
Clearly & concisely express multi-faceted concepts
Develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a validated conclusion.
Have experience in web development/database administration on IC systems.
Have experience in developing/administering Oracle & Microsoft SQL Servers.
